​Lessons are catered for students ages 6 to 60+

​

Students can expect to develop a balanced riding position from lungeing lessons.  Once students are able to demonstrate a solid foundation of balance on the lunge line in walk, trot and canter, students will then progress to riding independently, with regular visits back on the lunge line to continue the development of a balanced riding position and refinement of the riding "aids", which is essential for safe and effective riding that takes the horses health into consideration.

All riders and horses benefit from dressage training and a good basic foundation in riding.​

 

Students are required to wear appropriate riding attire for safety purposes.  These include;

ASTM/SEI approved equestrian riding Helmet - NO bike, hockey or any other type

Closed toe boots with a heel - NO running shoes or flip flops

Comfortable pants - Breeches highly recommended to avoid chaffing

Weather appropriate clothing

Gloves - recommended but not required
